Plagiarism Policy

The Management Journal for Advanced Research (MJAR) is committed to maintaining the highest standards of academic integrity, originality, and ethical publishing. Authors are expected to submit original manuscripts and appropriately acknowledge the work of others through proper citation and referencing.

To ensure the originality of all submissions, every manuscript is screened using Crossref Similarity Check (powered by iThenticate) before it enters the peer-review process.

The similarity report is carefully evaluated by the Editorial Office. While certain similarities may result from references, standard scientific terminology, or properly cited content, each report is assessed to determine the nature and significance of the overlapping text.

As a journal policy, manuscripts with an overall similarity index exceeding 20% will not be considered for publication in MJAR. Authors may be informed of the similarity findings and, where appropriate, may be invited to submit a revised manuscript that complies with the journal's plagiarism requirements.

MJAR does not accept plagiarism, self-plagiarism, duplicate publication, data fabrication, data falsification, or any other form of publication misconduct. Manuscripts found to contain substantial plagiarism or unethical reuse of previously published material will be rejected.

If plagiarism or other forms of publication misconduct are identified after publication, the journal reserves the right to publish a correction, issue a retraction, or take any other appropriate editorial action in accordance with its publication ethics policy.
